When you use our Service, you may share text, images, and files through chat conversations. All content you share remains private to your account and is not made public or shared with other users. Chat history is retained for 2 years from the last activity. Account information is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Payment data is retained as required by payment processors and applicable laws. Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely for business analytics purposes.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information; download your data in a portable format; opt-out of marketing communications; and delete your account and associated data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enki Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Service.
